Sociallocket is a Real Estate Marketplace and CRM designed to streamline the acquisition of Real Estate Assets.
The platform utilises blockchain, artificial intelligence (machine learning), distributed systems, complex algorithms and in-built apps to make the process of acquiring Real Estate Assets, transparent, secure and enjoyable.
By connecting buyers and sellers together, the platform offers a marketplace with the help of Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Advisers and other stakeholders to help facilitate and shorten the length of acquisitions.
Sociallocket is cross platform application (mobile and desktop) and functional on multiple browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
With the platforms core technology based on the blockchain, the platform has its own DEX (decentralised exchange) that utilises custom escrow accounts to facilitate transactions between users.
With tokenisation being a vital part of bridging the gap between digital and physical assets, the platform is architected to connect users to real world assets using NFTs (non fungible tokens). Such architecture allows real world assets (real estate) to become tradable commodities making them more liquid than ever.
