Staking $SLT
Staking $SLT offers many benefits to its holders. $SLT allows holders to benefit from rewards distributed from our staking pool. Whilst contributing to the security and stability of the Sociallocket network, holders will receive high APY.
As part of offering $SLT holders the opportunity to make better financial decisions, Sociallocket offer flexible staking periods allowing holders to take control of their own finance whilst receiving rewards over time.
$SLT will serve as the core backbone of our Sociallocket Debit Card and financial institute which will allow holders to secure lending based on the amount of $SLT staked. Holders will also be able to top up their Sociallocket Debit Card with $SLT allowing them to enjoy the pleasures of real life experiences by making payments in stores and facilitating transactions via platforms that accept Debit Card payments.

The $SLT token has endless benefits ranging from the ability to purchase real world assets (real estate) to playing its role in tokenising assets whilst providing its users with security. A few that we focus on as part of securing the network for its holders and users are:
Deflationary - The $SLT Token is a deflationary asset with a non-programmatic burn. The SLT token will be deflationary until it has reached 50% (100,000,000) of its total supply (200,000,000).
Scarcity - With the $SLT Token being a deflationary asset, it is designed to increase in value as the token becomes more scares over time.
Buy Backs (Token Burn) - Periodic buy backs of the $SLT Token will occur throughout the lifecycle of the token. Fractions of the $SLT Token will be removed from the circulating supply as part of increasing its value and scarcity.
