Our platform allows is designed as a SaaS product which allows user (Real Estate Developers, Agencies, Agents and Independent Sellers) to subscribe to flexible subscriptions allowing them to market and build a relationship with their clients.
Paid Advertisement & Listings
Users and Partners of the platform are able to list there physical assets as part of marketing this to a global community. In the event of wanting to reach a wider audience, they are able to advertise their assets both on our app and social platforms. Initially, this generates revenue in two forms. One is to allow users to subscribe to our subscription using traditionally currencies and the other using the $SLT token.
In-App Premium Sales
Initially this consists of allowing users and partners to boost their listings for set periods making it more visible to the audience they are targeting. In conjunction with this, users and partners are also able to create featured listings where their listings will be placed on high visible places within the app. Users and partners are only be too do this using the $SLT token.
Consulting & Training
With Sociallocket actively changing the way we interact with physical assets, starting with Real Estate, we are aware that education plays a crucial role in adoption. Whilst we provide free consulting & training backed by life time support, this is limited. Once the credits for consulting & training has been used up, users and partners can purchase additional consulting & training. This generates additional revenue as they are able to pay for this in two forms. Yes, traditional currencies and the $SLT token.
After carrying out our analysis on the market and identifying ranges at which our competitors charge their existing customers, we have strategically designed the platform in a way that allows us to always remain competitive.
This means our initial subscription models beats our competitors by far. How far? Well, we are between 35-50% cheaper than our competitors.
