With that said, it's clear the real estate market is a great opportunity for us to tap into and could benefit from our help.

Taking a strategic approach, we have strategically position ourselves in the U.A.E. This has been done for two reasons.

1. The U.A.E is a new country and needs help to implement sustainable solutions to help with its rapid growing economy
2. The U.A.E has a hot real estate market, with investors from all walks of life wanting to grow their wealth there. 

To ensure we are strategically position, it was imperative for us to go back in time to spot trend and identify how we can play a part in growing the economy whilst providing security for investors and users of our platform.

Whilst carrying research, we identified clear trends. Over the last 3 years, we identified:

* [x] In **2022 $72B** worth of Real Estate was sold in over **97K Transactions**.
* [x] In **2023 (August) $54B** worth of Real Estate was sold in over **66K Transactions**.
